If anyone trinning is interested in his help OR would like to make a donation to VHL cancer research please feel free to help. I've been swimming now for 26 years and coaching for 19. I've spent the last two decades learning to swim "effortlessly". The goal is to able to swim with no more effort than walking up a flight of stairs.. and believe me, I know a thing or two about not exerting energy! With perfect form at slower speeds, swimming becomes much more efficient (and much faster) when the intensity is turned up in workouts or a race situation.I've been very successful in the past helping others learn proper swimming technique. I offer my services to help you learn to swim efficiently. I do not charge for lessons. I ask that you consider making an optional donation to the VHL cancer research fund. I'll spend as much time with you as you need. Don't consider this an hourly service. VHL is a genetic predisposition to developing tumors. Half of all kidney cancers are caused by VHL. I was diagnosed with VHL in 1987 (which gave me an excuse to avoid my high school prom!) I've had two brain surgeries, removal of my right kidney, part of my left, and too many eye surgeries to count as recently as last year. I want to help others avoid going through what I have.VHL research has already led to FOUR NEW CANCER TREATMENT DRUGS!! We are much closer to a cure for VHL than ever before! Your donation will help me and thousands of others avoid having cancer in the future as a result of this condition.POOLS:24 Hour Fitness, 7620 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92111Coggan Family Aquatic Complex, 800 Nautilus Street, La Jolla, Ca 92037
