It is now 8:50 pm and I am in the middle of baking 2 giant cookie cakes, boiling chicken, making meatballs, pesto and preparing to feed about 30 teenagers tomorrow.Tomorrow's menu:
Pasta bar ~ with choice of pesto, grilled chicken, sauce and meatballs, cheese sauce
salad
fruit
2 giant (16 in) chocolate chip cookie cakes
possible. . . probably garlic bread
